Our comprehensive quality control system ensures that every injection molding machine and blow molding machine leaving our factory meets stringent international standards, delivering reliable performance and long-term stability for our customers worldwide.
Our production system is certified by TÜV Germany under ISO9001 standards, covering every step from quality inspection and documentation to process traceability and customer feedback monitoring.
All key imported components-such as hydraulic valves, sensors, and sealing parts-are inspected before use to ensure stable operation in our injection and blow molding machines.
Real-time checks are implemented throughout machining and assembly, including:
- CNC precision monitoring
- Assembly alignment verification
- Functional testing during key stages
Each unit, such as our injection or blow molding machines, undergoes a complete performance check before delivery. Tests include:
- Clamping force calibration
- Injection or extrusion speed and pressure consistency
- Control system and hydraulic response
Clients are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections. We provide comprehensive test data, videos, and support for on-site or remote acceptance checks.
