Experience has proved that the new hydraulic injection molding machine must be changed oil after one month of use, and the oil should be changed properly after being put into normal use, about once a year, so as to minimize the damage of the hydraulic oil to the injection molding machine. In addition, the cleaning of the oil filter is also very important. A comprehensive inspection of the cleanliness of the oil filter should be carried out every two months, and whether to replace the oil filter should be decided according to the results of the inspection.
